„Prestige on Kostava“ is a project of unique historical value, reconstructed in 2023. The project combines deluxe, elite, and boutique-style residential spaces in the city center.
During the restoration process, the building's original appearance and architectural authenticity were preserved as much as possible. The administrative building of the former "Sak-Navtobi" (Georgian Oil), created by Mikheil Neprintsev - one of the distinguished architects of the 20th century - has been renewed.
The project preserves the architectural innovations and style characteristic of that era, which gives it special cultural and historical significance.
MIKHAIL
NEPRINTSEV

Mikheil Neprintsev is one of the most prominent architects of 20th-century Georgian architecture, whose signature style significantly shaped the appearance of Tbilisi.
