"Prestige on Kostava" represents the first development in the "Prestige" series, bringing together elite, boutique-style residential spaces. The main core of the project is the historic building of the former "Saknavtobi" (Georgian Oil), designed by the distinguished 20th-century architect Mikheil Neprintsev and located on Heroes' Square at 61 Kostava Street. This location provides fast access to any district of the city, as well as to educational, cultural, and commercial destinations. Entrance to the complex is through the high-ceilinged main hall of the historic building, which will feature a lobby, a reception area, and a modern elevator. The project consists of two parts: the historic Block A houses 21 exclusive, high-ceilinged apartments up to 200 sq.m, delivered in "green frame" condition. Built alongside it is Block B, which fully mirrors the architectural aesthetics of the historic building. It includes 51 apartments that will be handed over to owners fully renovated and with built-in kitchen furniture.
